What currency are prices displayed in?

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and USD ($).

Customers located in the Eurozone are charged in EUR, while customers in the United States are charged in USD where available.

If your local currency differs, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount at the applicable exchange rate. The final price is always shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to:

  • European Union

  • United States

This allows us to maintain reliable delivery times and consistent product quality.

If shipping to your location is not possible after an order has been placed, you will receive a full refund immediately.

Why are your products made to order?

Every Hood-Shirts piece is produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

This approach allows us to:

  • maintain premium production standards

  • avoid overproduction

  • reduce waste

  • ensure each item meets our quality expectations

Because of this production model, orders enter manufacturing quickly.

When will my order ship?

Production time: 4–7 business days
Estimated shipping time: 3–9 business days after dispatch

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or adjusted before production begins.

Once production has started, changes are no longer possible because the item is created exclusively for you.

We recommend reviewing your size, shipping details, and product selection carefully before completing your purchase.

I entered an incorrect shipping address — what should I do?

Contact us immediately.

Address updates are typically possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Hood-Shirts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Do you accept returns?

Yes — customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • unworn

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • returned with all tags

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrectly fulfilled.

For orders shipped outside the EU, return eligibility may vary depending on local consumer laws.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within 14 days and include clear photos.

We will promptly arrange either:

  • a replacement, or

  • a full refund

at no additional cost to you.

How long does delivery take?

Total delivery time includes production and shipping.

Estimated overall delivery: 7–16 business days

Delays may occur due to carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
